Summary

We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal data. The app has no accounts, no advertising and no tracking.

What the app does

• The app downloads public market data (market mood score, Cboe VIX, historical crash records) and the latest Crash AI reading from our server. These requests contain no personal information, identifiers or device data.
• Your settings (alerts, widget choices) are stored only on your device.
• Notifications are scheduled on your device. We do not receive your notification settings.

Subscriptions

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, email or payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to those transactions.

Server logs

Our server is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any website, Cloudflare may briefly process your IP address to deliver and protect the service. We do not use it to identify you and do not combine it with any other data.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.
